With over 14 years of experience in the coffee industry, owner Autumn Pruitt and her team have been instrumental in ensuring that the design of our shop is both functional and accessible, allowing our employees to craft a consistent and excellent drink for you every time you walk through our doors.

321 Coffee

Co-branded Whole Bean Coffee

We are so excited to collaborate with a like-minded business built around inclusivity to offer a unique co-branded label coffee roast that is served in the shop and sold in 12 oz bags for you to enjoy at home.

321 Coffee is a coffee shop and roaster built on inclusion. Based in Raleigh, NC, 321 currently employs over 50 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). They are the ones roasting the coffee, taking the orders, and making the lattes. 321 is actively demonstrating the value of an inclusive business model
